Where is the data sourced from?
We collect data from several sources, but most of it is gathered directly from the businesses themselves. That means our information is as close to first-hand as possible.
What are the fields that are available for each business?
We aim to provide the most complete data possible, but the available fields vary from business to business. Each business includes the fields it has available. At a minimum, you’ll always get: name, latitude, longitude, address, city, region, zip code, and country.
Is the data reliable?
Because the data is sourced straight from businesses themselves it’s as accurate and up-to-date as it can realistically be. We also use other data sources to cross-check and improve the data.
Do you offer a free plan?
No. The only free data available is what you can already access on our website.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t offer free trials. Since the data can be downloaded, a trial would essentially give everything away without payment. But if you want access to the data for a research project, we might work out something that works for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund policy. If the data doesn’t meet your expectations or if you encounter servere issues with, you can request a refund.
